Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

This thesis is objectives to study the Teachers’ Opinion on the School Executives’ Administration and to compare the teachers’ opinion toward the administration of the school executives’ of schools in Bangkok Yai District under the administration in Secondary Education Service Area Office 1 (Bangkok) which covered 5 fields of the administration: technique, personnel, student activity, affair and finance and the relation between school and community. The Instruments used for this study are questionnaires delivered to 165 teachers attached to schools in Bangkok Yai District under the administration in Secondary Education Service Area Officer 1 (Bangkok).

The findings are as follows:

1.          Teachers filled in the questionnaires are mostly female, aged between 51-60 years with education qualification of Bachelor’s degree and with working experience for more than 30 years.

2.         Teachers’ Opinion in the schools of Bangkok Yai District under the administration in Secondary Education Service Area Office 1 (Bangkok) found that the administration of the education executives’ in pursuance of 5 aspects of task, by overall image, is in the level of majority, and upon considering each field and each clause found that it in the level of majority for every aspect and every clause namely the administration of technique, personnel, student activity, affair and finance, and the administration of the relation between schools and community.

3.          The opinion comparative findings of teachers toward the administration of the school executive classified in compliance with the personal status of sex, by overview, found that teachers’ opinion of view toward the executive education administration and the individual field of comparison are not statistically significantly different at the level of 0.05, regarding individual  clause comparison found that most of the questionnaire respondents are women and statistically significantly different at the level of 0.05, There has been the organization of the activities to implement the practice in compliance with the rule, discipline and ethics among the school personnel and teachers to be good models for the others in behavior. There has been a committee to pursue and assess the school personnel behavior and the assessment result taken into the development. The teachers, school executives and school committee jointly and successively organized the activity to uphold the personnel potential. With regard to the difference comparison of the opinion average value of teachers toward the administration of school executives classified in accordance with personal status of age, in overall image, found that the teacher opinion toward the administration of the school executive and when individual aspect compared found that there are not statistically significantly different at the level of 0.05, regarding the individual clause found that most of the questionnaire respondents aged under 25 years are statistically significantly at the level of 0.05 namely, the executives have implemented the use and the development of the innovation in organizing of school activity, the activity of giving the knowledge so that the school personnel could comprehend and foresee the benefit, necessity, the reservation of natural resources and environment of schools, the affairs of administration, finance and school material to be in good and updated administration.
